AyBayConLang (ABCL)

Dr. Aydın Baykara, at the age of 76, a cross-thinker by “Weltanschauung”, fifteen years ago, after the retirement from all kind of paid work, wanted to do something beneficial. As he was trying to learn several foreign languages in the past, he wondered about so many irregularities, ambiguties, many complex, nonsense rules in grammer and pronunciation, etc. of differing kind, prevailing in the natural languages (e.g. English, German, Turkish, Arabic, Russian, Spanish). Thus, after retirement he decided to spend his free time studying auxiliary and constructed languages (beginning with Esperanto of course) for some time to find out if it would be possible to construct a simpler, functional, and non-fantastic language. The result is AyBayConLang (ABCL) which will be presented here, its motto being:

New Word-New World (Eni Bönvö-Eni Vinvö)

“AyBay ConLang”, abbreviated as ABCL, is an a priori international auxiliary language. This paper presents the grammar and lexicon of ABCL.
