Lila Sadkin has lived up and down the East Coast, and has been in Gainesville, Florida since 2002. She graduated from the University of Florida with a BA in Linguistics in 2007. She’s the creator of the Tenata language on which she presented at the Second and Third Language Creation Conferences.
Abstract
In 2007, Lila Sadkin presented her honors thesis in Linguistics at the University of Florida. The subject was a description of her constructed language Tenata. It represents one of the few early instances of a constructed language description being accepted as an object of study in academic setting.
